Agreed gassin, but they have a similar fundamental proposition which they need to demonstrate, namely:
The figures to date so far are promising, but like ZIP at some point the revenue will need to start coming in faster and costs incurred to acquire will need to fall back. If NOR prove this then it will be fine - still a high risk play imo.
- Gain customers, reduce cost of each new customer (ideally with viral, organic compounding affect to help this)
- Gain recurrent revenue from this new customer base (will obviously need a product which people are willing to pay for)
- Pull a profit, from the revenue taken in from customers (volume should help reduce the fixed costs proportion of their expense/user)
Unlike ZIP, they are more cashed up though and unless they have burned through more cash than I am expecting - they should be well funded to give the above a good go.
