Cashed-up Western Australian gold play Northern Mining (ASX:NMI) has appointed Gerald Woon as a non-executive director and vice chairman.
Woon brings experience in consulting services for IPO launches, investor relations and public relations.
Northern Mining's cash balance recently swelled to A$9 million on the sale of its Georges Reward Project on tenement E25/268 to Metals X (ASX:MLX).
The company is therefore well-funded for potential acquisitions.
