    Norton Gold Fields (ASX:NGF) has secured a controlling stake in Bullabulling Gold (ASX:BAB, LON:BGL).

    Bullabulling’s management last week yielded, once the acceptances reached 41.35%.

    Norton said yesterday that with a 50.95% stake it now has a “position of control” and it had launched a review of the company’s processes and the composition of its board.

    Norton said it intends to de-list Bullabulling from AIM.

    Investors in Bullabulling who have yet to accept the offer still have until July 28 to make a decision, after the offer period was automatically extended.
