I also don't think that they quite have nailed it yet - usually they build a bit of a buffer into the "completion date" and that would have already been used up - I reckon any announcement will be put off for another month.
Just watch the SP, if it it suddenly jumps then you know the good news is not far off - of course, if it suddenly falls....
