May 17 (Reuters) - NuSep Holdings Ltd (NSP) :
- NuSep commences litigation against Prime (NSP)
- Litigation for repossession of a plant and system for separation of plasma
proteins up to the 10 l level
- Says NuSep has terminated the lease of the gf100 machine to prime (which
Prime accepted)
- NuSep has sought to reclaim and repossess the gf100 machine and the
outstanding rent owed by prime to NuSep, amongst other things
- Upon Nusep'S recent request to repossess the gf100 machine, Prime refused to
allow NuSep access to its premises
- Says "has decided it must take strong legal action to defend its ownership
rights to the gf 100 machine"
