June 28 (Reuters) - National Storage REIT (NSR) :
- Nsr portfolio acquisition and equity raising (NSR)
- Entered into arrangements to acquire the southern cross portfolio of assets
which it currently manages
- Reaffirms FY 2016 EPS guidance of 8.7 - 8.8 cents per stapled security
- Expects FY 2017 underlying earnings to be within a range of 9.2 - 9.4 cents
per stapled security
- Acquisitions will be funded via combination of debt and $260M equity raising,
and are expected to be accretive to FY 2017 earnings
- Will conduct a placement to existing eligible institutional shareholders and
new institutional investors to raise $101M
