While this may be true that NST is currently capital intensive in anticipation of developing the super mine, the most important determinant of NST's SP is surely going to be the POG. I will certainly hang in as long as possible in the hope that economic and world events are sufficiently negative to sustain a good POG, but I don't want to lose out again at selling NST for a decent profit, as happened when it hit $17. Most analysts are very bullish on gold's prospects so hopefully the SP will continue to climb for some time yet. As you say, selling is a decision based on needs, opportunities and in my case now, age. I have held NST for over 10 years, so selling is never going to be easy to do.
