I have 4 in mind. Would be nice to have these gold mines back into Australian hands.
- Boddington (Newmont)
2019 Annual Gold: 703 Koz, Copper: 77m attributable pounds
- Tanami (Newmont)
2019 Annual Gold: 500 Koz
- Fosterville (was KLA now Agnico Eagle post merger)
2021 Annual Gold: 509 Koz
- Tropicana (70% Anglogold)
2019 Annual Gold: 265 Koz
Anything less than these and it won't move the needle much on NST long term. I happen to know Fosterville is on the market as it does not have Agnico operational synergies like the other KLA assets. Not sure about the others in that list though. But hey, Superpit ended up back in Australian hands so anything is possible in this high gold price environment.
