Notification to ASIC of potential breach of Compliance Plan
Wellington Capital Limited as Responsible Entity of
the Premium Income Fund has notified ASIC of a
potential breach of its Compliance Plan. A copy
of the notification to ASIC is attached.
The legal position will not be finalised until the outcom
e of the application for Special Leave to the High
Court to appeal the decision is certain.
Further announcements will be made as the matter progresses.
