    Sept 21 (Reuters) - Northern Manganese Ltd (NTM) :

    • Northern Manganese Ltd - Sale of manganese assets (NTM)
    • Northern Manganese Ltd (NTM) - Company has entered into an agreement

      with an unrelated private company, Yukida Resources Pty Ltd

    • Northern Manganese- Yukida Resources will acquire 90% interest in

      NTM'S northern territory manganese assets

    • Northern Manganese - NTM will retain a 10% free carried interest in

      licence applications together with a 5% royalty on future production
