They have rejected any notion of a higher offer without an offer being put in place. I suspect cushy jobs for directors have been guaranteed. The directors need to realise that their job is to act in the interest of shareholders.
I hope they like going to court. Direcotrs need to learn they can't keep putting themselves before shareholders. I will be encouraging legal proceedings should any other offers not be considered.
