    I agree with you that the board needs to explain a bit more as to why the $2 offer is acceptable when the SP had a high of double that approx. 12 months ago.
    If it was a merger and we were being offered shares in the new entity it would make sense...
    Maybe its time to bit the bullet and move on, luckily I can use the CGT
