Embattled crop protection manufacturer, Nufarm Ltd (ASX:NUF) has announced its deputy chairman and long-term non-executive director Doug Curlewis will retire at the company's annual general meeting on Thursday.
His announcement comes as the company faces a bank-imposed December 15 deadline for details of its business review.
Nufarm chairman Donald McGauchie has hinted towards more changes and says plans are underway to fill board vacancies.
Nufarm also plans to rebuild its business following a steep 61 per cent fall in its share price this year.
For the year ended 31 July 2010, Nufarm reported a net loss of $22.65 million.
