Considering where it has come from and where it needs to be I'd suggest it is still floundering. Remember NP in 07 was $160M based on 15% lower revenue.
The business model for NUF has to change and fast. No longer are they the major generic player in the market and the move to proprietary chemistry has been slow. Look for the biggest growth in the next few years to come from branded mixtures and the seed division.
