NVT have been selling education services on the service, and I have no reason to suspect that they do not mostly do a good job of this.

However the big risk is that they are really selling opportunities to migrate to Western countries (or at least they are selling raised odds of being able to migrate). An Australian/UK/USA, permanent residency could be worth well over a million dollars to many people. They are also helping people stay in western countries for periods of risk, when for various reasons parents may want their adult children and family as much as possible to be out of the country. The authorities in the US, Australia, UK for starters are cracking down on this ATM - rightly or wrongly. This relative crackdown IMO makes NVT a high risk business, with a significant focus on immigration rather than education.
