Although from the following wording:
"The group intends to deliver the following set of Key Strategic Goals by 2020"
My understanding is for the goal to be achieved, capex only needs to be reduced to $20 million by 2020. Nevertheless, it would still be a considerable improvement on the bottom line if it remains sustainable from 2020 and well beyond.
