It says that the US listing will complement the ASX listing. So that probably means you get one adr for each 4 shares you own. That should boost the stock. Saying it will consolidate will cause investors to sell off the stock. Noone wants an unknown US share price with only a quarter of your original holding. I doubt the company would do that. Company will probably clarify it soon.
