The bottom comment in the announcment is exactly what Balthasa said - targeting North American interest.
With the move to have Nick Woolrich speak at D & D then canceling the talk it seems this was reasonably well planned. In conjunction with bringing him on board a couple of years ago and having him at the past two AGM's it's not nearly as precipitate a sit may seem. I regret not paying more attention to him.
One of things you guys will like, when I passed on a gripe about SP two (?) years ago. He said he had put his own money in to buy shares. That means he would have bought North of 4c shares, I would expect.
