Very difficult to understand based on what we know-
- Debt rescheduling already finalised with their bankers
- Net debt has been decreased very quickly
- Repayment of debt as a priority over dividends would see them debt free in a couple of years.
So why the cap. raising? To support organic growth, purchase new equipment for a tender(s) they expect to win, to fund the take-over of another company?
Time will tell/
