For super accounts the basic fees are $240 per year plus a sliding percentage based on the total account balance. The scale starts at 0.37% for accounts below $250k, and goes down to zero for accounts from $2.5m and up. There are also other income streams from their in-house managed funds and models whether they charge a management fee. Each fund/model has its own charge structure.
