The rating that morningstar with a low-side of 10c is looking like a favourite, this case just adds prudence to the class action lawsuit filed by shareholders. If firms were looking to buyout Nuix for a bargain they'd be smart to wait out the lawsuits and buy it for a fraction of the price it is now, i just feel sorry for some of the people that bought in because of a few minor ignoramuses that I don't have to name for people to know.
(PS. only reason price is holding up today is because the NASDAQ was up +2% yesterday)
