It's not just about winning or losing, for me, it is more about the penalty. Investors are , potentially, over estimating the penalty if NUIX lose. looking back at my many years of investiing with a diverse portfolio , I have seen legal claims laid against companies that went many years, revealed facts not known and , importantly, were settled out of court , or, if ruled on, the penalty was much more benign ( reduced ) than the original ambient claim. Investors will lose interest and focus on legal matters ( my investment in MND is a clasic example ) and look more at the business growth dynamics.
