But Chairman's address of the still massive legal issues and risks was borderline pathetic. He masked it. Played the market as fools. He says let me address the legal issues......spunds good then doesn't actually address it. Says it's before the courts.
Didn't outline what the current risks to new customer additions to solvency and massive dilution if they are to lose. These lawsuits are with a Federal Government and ex CEO/co-founder ??
Borderline misleading the market. These could end the company and have resulted in 90% loss since IPO. Ever heard the word "settle" ?
