every stock is different if you like to use your past experience with court cases other stocks had as your precedence thats your paroagtive. Ive been following the courtcase closely as a few others in these forums and it is plain to see that nuix/mcq have delayed this courtcase till stock became public and key figures sold out before proceedings began. Id say its pretty much a lock for Sheehy to win 90/10 imo the amount he wins is up for grabs but considering he was claiming 180m and nuix only has 50m in cash which is pretty grim. anyway another thought i had was that even though acv has increased so have legal proceedings lets see what there bottom line is
