News: NXL Nuix Says Search Warrant Executed At Sydney Office, page-65

Eddie Sheehy seems to me to have been the ‘heart’ of the company and yet he was treated extremely badly since ‘suddenly leaving in unexplained circumstances’ in early 2017 after confidently talking up a float in late 2016 at a US conference.
A few months later Castagna and his brother were facing criminal charges … [see 2017 story on that here] - although no-one has made any allegations Sheehy was the whistleblower.

With the criminal proceedings and loss of Sheehy the IPO was obviously delayed and the proceedings against Castagna were delayed too until August 2018(?) - just before Ringtail was bought from FTI to acquire more business and expand the offering.

I don’t see any ‘heart’ at all from the time Sheehy left …. just the rushed IPO finally going through despite the pending Sheehy court case, with all of those disclaimers in it (and maybe before the FTI preferred patnership expires) and all the ‘smart money’ out with millions at long last.

But I am cynical .
