It's either a case of management are too busy moving towards achieving their guidance for the year and the share price will take care of itself eventually or they are going to need money soon and we are all going to get significantly diluted as NXS takes the prize for dog stock of the last few years.
Feels extremely cheap, but I have been amazed in the last few years how they manage to over promise and under deliver.
