the presentation clearly shows how they are consistently growing revenue and ebitda and increasing profit margins.
given their development and expansion pipeline, they have a massive runway of at least 400% growth ahead just based on current capacity plans with phase 1 and 2 centres.
this will be back to re test 5.00 soon, but exact timing im not sure.
rudi from livewire was right when he said he made the mistake once of taking profit in nxt and not appreciating the long runway in terms of demand growth, market leading position and margin expansion from economies of scale. i was lucky to sell at the top just below 5.00 and buy back at just above 3.00 but that was just luck.
neither rudi nor i will be selling nxt anytime in the next few years. its a star performer and will do well over next few years for sure.
