    Oct 20 (Reuters) - Oil Basins Ltd (OBL)

    • Rey Resources have today announced that a buy-out notice in respect of obl's 50% of ep487 has been delivered to obl on 19th october
    • OBL disputes validity of buy-out notice along with process leading to formulation of buy-out notice
    • Oil Basins Ltd says will strongly defend its rights on this matter
