    • Received a letter from australian securities & investments commission (asic) in relation to conduct of then chairman k.m. Mcgrath
    • Asic is concerned that chairman has failed in his duty to record true result of members of oil basins limited at 2015 agm
    • Letter in relation to conduct of then chairman ( k.m. mcgrath) at 2015 annual general meeting (agm) held in melbourne on 30 november 2015
    • Board will be conducting a review of voting and actions of chairman at 2015 agm
