It's the fuel system they developed to try and get the Orbital engine to work, I don't think it ever did, there was to many problems to overcome , but it's the fuel system that allows the 2- stroke UAV engine to burn heavy fuel that the US military use and it dose it extremely efficiently. They also had LPG ( cars ) and LNG (trucks )fuel systems .
