"The Australian-Canadian transnational corporation Oceanagold continued their operations despite the expiration of their FTAA last June 20, 2019, citing go signals from the Mines and Sciences Bureau (MGB) that they may continue their operations since they have submitted their renewal applications and this was recommended by the agency to the Office of the President who will decide on the application. Though Malacanang (Duterte) reported to have returned the application to MGB founding that the application was incomplete."
We would see something here if the Regional Trial Court of Nueva Vizcaya had decided something. Can deduce that the court hearing continues.

After doing a bit of research I think OGC will get their FTAA renewed. Just a matter of due process.
