Wasn't it the Provincial Government headed by the Padilla family who made the initial complaint ? Do you think that OGC refused to give the Padilla family a big "helping hand" ? Is it Local Government who will decide on the suspension ? Is this one of the most corrupt countries on earth ? What does one expect except a shakedown ?
