    With so many exciting graphite plays in Tanzania and Uganda, why is TON selling these projects so cheaply?
    Also, are the shares and performance shares on a post or pre-consolidation basis???
    This is critical!!!
    Are current shareholders and new investors buying "a bargain" or funding a "deep deep discount" play for current shareholders/directors etc.???
