Current share price 2.4 after reco multiply by 67 =1.60 When all the new shares are issued there will be fully diluted 67 mill shares. 67 mill shares x 1.60 is a mkt cap of 107 mill.The old shareholders will only own 4.9 mill shares of the new company, they are issuing new shares for the assets they have purchased. but are those assets worth 107 mill at the moment, I dont think so !!!
