You have made the right decisions so far Blackhat and you are probably right on this too. In my opinion the well is either a dud and they don't want to tell us, or the flow is acceptable and they don't want to reveal their cards until after the gas pricing decision is made (tomorrow from what i read). I dont think it would matter that the government is also a stakeholder.
