It's positive IMO as the raise is to support the purchase. Dilution and at what price is my concern. Would be good if at a premium to current SP as there has been less than 60,000 shares exchanged over the last month. Also expect to see 4C released at the same time IMO. Top 20 and particularly directors have huge amount of skin (shares and cash) in this company.

Given it's for a purchase, the price could be above market if the purchase adds enough value. They've been a pretty conservative outfit, so lets hope it's something worthwhile.
