I suspect BHP would have already nominally got the nod from the DOE earlier for the force Majeure to take effect if the talks with Palawan were to be successful. Then yes as STRAT indicates we will have 10-12months and given the cautious nature of the progress to date the sp has not gone up much but I think this is the corner turned and I expect DOE will now formally grant the extension under force majeure and all we then need is that dam deep water rig!!!
