given that the same thing was posted a couple of days ago, and reposted due to the fact it didn't get traction the first time, i'm treating it with a grain of salt...
as far as track record goes, TV has shown he's great at research and connecting the dots.. not so much at timelines.
nobody knows what the timelines will be. Even if it came from GC himself i'd be a skeptic. if there's one thing the past few years has taught me, is that delays are very common in this industry. Sitting there spruiking the timeframe as imminent is both uninformed and irresponsible.
