Kenneth, it is a most frustrating period. The case was settled out of court for $39 mill. Then MB wrote to everyone checking on their claim in May - and since then nothing. When I eventually talk to someone, they say they have to work out the claims and submit that to the court for approval. Why it should take so long is beyond me. They must have had the figures originally for the claim!!!!
May be a legal beagle can explain it to us. We are supposed to be getting interest, but it is less their fees - go reckon!M.
