That's correct, the intention is that they will be taking over. ( I was using the term 'merger' very loosely - but from memory, the CPH CEO will continue in a similar role with PCLO). Again, the new size and position + methodical approach + greater legitimacy + greater demand = solid fundamentals IMHO, regardless of what charts might suggest in short term.
