it looks like an average of just under $2000 per applicant 150M / 75K ..... There will no doubt be those that have requested 1K and those with a $15K request. Taking an average of 7K request IMO we will be allocated around 1/4 of what we requested if they DON'T use any other criteria.
Guessing $1000 will get $250
$4000 will get $1000
$12000 will get $3000
$15000 will get $3750
My guess only......
