But I can say that we are being hosed over i.e those of us that lost thousands of dollars during that period of non disclosure will be lucky to get 5% - 10% of what we lost back.

If I have my way, I will send these bastards at OZL broke, like they nearly sent me broke. I couldnt give a stuff if the court case has to drag out for years.

I want them to pay for their dishonesty and I would like to pursue those directors involved through further legal action and make them pay for our loss and breaching the corporations and trade practices laws.

As stated KPMG Accounting also have alot to answer for, and we all need to get together and pursue them for damages.
