At any rate $19 million divided by 9000 members is peanuts compared to what many individuals like myself, had lost as a result of investing in ZFX,OXR and OZL securities over the period.
The out of court settlement is penauts when you compare this class action to the Aristocrat class action where in 2008, the court ordered that Aristocrat pay out $119 million to shareholders/members of the class action as a result of their non disclosures, which was proven to mislead and financialy disadvantged its shareholders.
