Have to say that ORI is in the danger zoom now.
I agree with all the upside, and the demerger is a good news too.
However the RSPT has punished SVW (through westrac's exposure to minings) quite badly, but we are yet to see the full impact of the tax uncertainty on ORI. There're many better values elsewhere in the market. It's a good deal selling off ORI this fully valued share in exchange for some with more upside potential now.
Be rational and conservative...
