I find it hard to believe that CAZ would be excluded from the allocation after all the supposed dialgoue with Freo ports and the actions of CAZ to divest non core assets and focus on Parker Range
it sounds like they have been conducting engineering studies to maximise capacity at Kwinana so a firm allocation has not been given yet but it sure sounds like they have been given the nod informally
