I am comfortable with the role of brachytherapy in pancreatric malignancy
but like all cancers it is time limited...
Better screening tests...
and more targeted immunochemotherapy will change the landscape
Look how long OSL has been going on their second chance to get this product up - and you can see the time ticking by. (Same issue for Sirtex but they started earlier (ignoring OSL first attempt) and have a better board thinking ahead and achieving their goals.
