Lets see the CE, who signed off, and then wait for the pull back. May be worth a punt.
BSI as one of the 'better' notified bodies would be good. One from Hungry, Czech or the lessor countries would be not so good, IMO.
Best hope in the immediate future would be a take out by SRX or There (BTG Group - UK). As others have found, having a product at early stage requires a lot of time and $ to go on one's one.
If they go alone then some very expensive trials will be needed, and that will mean a large CR, or joint venture. Licensing would be the quick way to market, but again it probably means one of the companies above being involved as they have between them the majority of the centres tied up that can perform interventional radiology in the major, non-Asian markets. A new player could take many years to build up a portfolio of centres.
Still, those that got in at less than 10c have done very well. Good luck.
