Shares on issue (465m) divided by projected earnings of 15m equals 31
Projected earnings/share at a sp of .33 is 31cents
33 divided by 31 equals 10.64
PE is 10.64
A mature stock can expect a pe in average times of about 14 when things get heated that can rise to 20 and at 10 is a good valuation for a emerging stock with risks. That quickly changes when the larger market accepts what they are being shown at the early growth stages.
