Superannuation services provider OneVue Holdings (ASX:OVH) has expanded its product range with the launch of a platform aimed at meeting the needs of both advised and non-advised investors.
OneVue’s LUMINOUS platform empowers financial advisers by enabling them to service all clients, including those customers who come in and out of seeking advice. The service follows a customer engagement strategy focused on taking pressure off financial advisors and reducing paperwork so that advisers are freed to spend more time with clients.
The platform will offer services in family group reporting, real-time decision-making capacity, self-managed super fund reporting and data collection watchlists to allow clients to better keep track of investments that interest them.
The foundation for LUMINOUS was laid more than two years ago in a partnership with News Corps Eureka Report digital solution Brightday, which is now a finalist in this year’s SuperRatings awards in the best new product category.
OneVue has a diversified revenue base, with two operating businesses in platform services and fund services. Earlier this year the company entered into a five-year agreement with BNP Paribas Securities Services in Australia to provide unit registry services.
Since listing on the ASX in June 2014, OneVue has steadily expanded its capabilities in unit registry, which has led to the business growing in a controlled and planned manner for both new fund manager and custodian clients.
