This is on the cusp of breaking though its all time high of $3.15 - the odds look good for that breakthrough to happen sometime this week - possibly today as sellers are very thin on the ground.
One through $3.15 it's clear blue sky - and a foundation for another significant advance provided that there is no major catastrophic general market collapse (highly unlikely in the short/medium term imo)
